How can I pick up my order?

When you arrive at the market, please park in a parking spot. Do not block the driveway. Thanks!

For contactless pick up, call us at (425) 227-8400. Provide us with your order number and description of your vehicle. We will deliver your order to your vehicle. Please be patient with us during peak periods.

To pick up at the walk up window, please approach the window at the front of the market with the sign reading "online order pickup". Provide the cashier with your order number and a member of our team will bring your order to you.

We are closed on Mondays.

When can I pick up my order?

For Tuesday-Saturday: Place your order by 1:00pm for same day pick up. On these days, the standard pick up "window" is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

For Sundays: Place your order by 12:00 pm for same day pick up. On this day, the standard pick up "window" is between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

We will send you an email when your order is ready. If your order is ready before the stated pick up window, we will send you an email and you can pick up your order early.

We are closed on Mondays.

I see that you are closed on Mondays. What happens to my order if I place it on Sunday after 12:00 pm or on Monday?

Yes, we are closed on Mondays. When you place your order on a Sunday after 12:00 pm or on Monday, your order will be ready on Tuesday, when we reopen. We process orders in the order they are received.

Can I pick up my order before the stated pick up start times?

Many times we will complete your order before the stated pick up window. 

If your order is ready before the pick up window, we will send you an email and you can pick up your order early.

What happens if an item I ordered and paid for is not available?

We will refund your credit card. We process refunds every Wednesday. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank /credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Do you offer delivery service?

Not at this time. If we manage to pull it off, we'll post the news on our store homepage and on our Facebook page.

When will you offer plants for sale online?

We don't have plans to offer plants for sale online. We have a huge and ever-changing inventory. It's impossible for us to keep up with the frequent updates an online system would require. Our open air nursery is open, however, and we do practice safe social distancing protocols.
