How can I pick up my order?

When you arrive at the market, please park in a parking spot. Do not block the driveway. Thanks!

For contactless pick up, call us at 425-227-8400. Provide us with your order number and description of your vehicle. We will deliver your order to your vehicle. Please be patient with us during peak periods.

To pick up at the walk up window, please approach the cashier and let them know you're picking up an order. Provide the cashier with your order number and a member of our team will bring your order to you. Don't forget to wear your mask!

Please Note: we are closed on Mondays.

When can I pick up my order?

For Tuesday-Saturday: Place your order by 3:00pm for same day pick up. We close at 6:00 pm on these days.

For Sundays: Place your order by 2:00 pm for same day pick up. We close at 5:00 pm on Sundays.

Most orders are ready after 3:00 pm. We will send you an email when your order is ready. If you do not receive a "ready" email within two hours of when you placed your order, please call us at 425-227-8400.


We will try our best to accommodate special requests. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready by a specific time that you specify. We truly appreciate it your understanding for waiting to pick up your order until after you receive an email from us letting you know it is ready. We start packing orders at 10:00 am, when we open.

I see that you are closed on Mondays. What happens to my order if I place it on Sunday after 2:00 pm or on Monday?

Yes, we are closed on Mondays. When you place your order on a Sunday after 2:00 pm or on Monday, your order will be ready on Tuesday, when we reopen. We process orders in the order they are received.

What happens if an item I ordered and paid for is not available?

We will refund your credit card. We process refunds every Wednesday. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank /credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

If the amount to be refunded is less than $5.00, please let us know if it's OK to apply that credit to your next order or if we can provide you with a coupon in the same amount to use in or out of store. Our staff member will ask you about your preferred option if this happens, when they deliver your order to your vehicle.

Do you offer delivery service?

Not at this time. If we manage to pull it off, we'll post the news on our storefront page and on our Facebook page.

When will you offer plants for sale online?

We don't have plans to offer plants for sale online. We have a huge and ever-changing inventory. It's impossible for us to keep up with the frequent updates an online system would require. Our open air nursery is open, however, and we do practice safe social distancing protocols.
