Newcastle Fruit & Produce Co. is hiring! We are currently accepting applications for a full time Cashier. The position is seasonal (runs up to end of December, then starts again in April). We offer a competitive hourly wage depending on experience. Applicants with prior retail experience will be given priority.

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Job description:
- Assist customers with transactions in a courteous, friendly manner.
- Open and/or close store when needed.
- Stock impulse items and packaged grocery products.
- Dust and clean shelves.
- Assist Produce team lead when needed: preparing produce for sale, unloading and stocking product.

Requirements:
- 18+ years old.
- Available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Friendly, pleasant, professional demeanor.
- Competency in basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation.

Starting hourly wage range is $18-$20/hour, depending on experience.
